I have worked in estate agency for over 20 years, building my career across central London with some of the largest firms in the business. Over that time, I have gained a deep understanding of the market and built a proven track record in business development and sales leadership.

For the last decade, I led one of the largest client services teams in London, consistently delivering eight-figure revenues annually. That experience has given me the ability to drive growth, build high-performing teams, and create long-term value in highly competitive markets.

I am now Director and Head of Business Development at Harding Green, where I am building the next generation business development department for the self-employed model, focused on driving growth and creating additional revenue opportunities for our agents while shaping the future of estate agency.
