Adam has worked in the Prime Central London property market for over 40 years, initially with Chestertons, followed by Friend and Falcke, and most recently through his own company, Kaye & Carey.
Having been brought up in the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea from the age of two, Adam has a particularly deep knowledge of the area. Over the years, he has witnessed many social and economic changes across the borough, giving him a unique perspective on the local property market.

For Adam, the greatest reward of working in property is the satisfaction of matching a buyer with their new home. He enjoys understanding each client’s requirements, including their preferred location and specific needs, and, once they have identified a property, helping to advise on layouts and design where required.
